Still on track

My fiance and I took a trip down to Va Beach this weekend, so I ended up missing a day of p90x. I made it up the next day, but these workouts are long, so its pretty hard to double up. Fortunately, today is Stretch X, so I figure I can skip that and be okay. Maybe I'll try to get Denise to do it with me tonight.

Although going home set me back a day on my workout, I did get to bring some stuff back that might help me out. I was able to grab some dumbells and my olympic lifting set.

These workouts take a lot out of me at this point. Hopefully, I'll feel up to doing more physical activity throughout the day as I get fit.
