So my brother (my partner in crime for all things bad eating and drinking wise) and my SIL (my Scrabble partner) have gine home and now there are no excuses (except my dad of course). Truth be told, there never were any excuses or should not have been. But that horse has left the corral so it is time to buck up and GET TO WORK!! My goals for March are not plentiful but they need to be real!
Exercise - Cardio 6x/ week and three of those days MUST be running! I need to get back on track with my running! ST 3x per week at least 2x for 60 minutes (I have 3 classes to choose from so there is no excuse).
Eating-Stay within calorie range at least 5 days of the week. No sweets more than once a week. I know that I can control the sweets, if I just put my mind to it and clear out the house. The biggie --- alcohol - limit to three times a week and have 2 glasses of water between every drink. I know alcohol slows the metabolism and this has been a serious sabotage that has been self inflicted; so time to take a hold of it.
Most importantly, I will track all food and exercise so that I KNOW what I really am doing. I have lax on doing this and it has showed. If I log daily, it should show me EXACTLY how good/bad I am doing with my program. Renewed steps to good health!
