i've been trying to make a list of things that i am physically able to eat that i'm not allergic to or have a *gag* effect with. plus i've included the stuff i can have in moderation (in these) when it comes to agreeing with me. maybe this way i can figure out healthy things to eat! but keep this in mind: these are the things i always used eat when the only exercise i got was walking for maybe a 15 min and 3 flights of stairs (2x) for five days of the week and maintain my weight. i can still wear some clothes i bought around six to eight years ago.

nut free cereal... (white bread)... (raisin cinnamon bread)... english muffins... pancakes... french toast... oatmeal... waffles... pasta.... chocolate chip banana muffins... chocolate chip zucchini muffins... blueberry muffins... pumpkin pie... apples... strawberries N sugar... cantelope... (peaches)... watermelon... peas... corn... broccoli... potatoes... (carrots)... tomato sauce... tomato soup....mushroom soup... chicken noodle soup... turkey... chicken... ham... pork... beef... hamburger... (tuna)... eggs... brown or kidney beans... slice cheese...cheese sauce... (ice cream)... (chocolate milk)... (pudding)... (mozz or cheddar cheese)... margarine... ketchup... honey... bbq sauce... aunt Jeremiah syrup... home made biscuits... oatmeal cinnamon cookies... fudgeeos/oreos/fruitcremes... cake: devils food/lemon meringue angel food/spanish bar/marble... nibs licorice/sweedish berries... chocolate!

i can't have any nuts or whole wheat as my throat closes up right away. i can also have some white bread for a sandwich, or a couple pieces of raisin bread for toast but rarely more. fish and yogurt have a return-boomerang effect, as does most dairy products, especially if i have any in the morning.

i will gag down some rice and other veggies like sprouts or asparagus if i'm at someone else's house to be polite but cannot force myself when not under duress.

you have a lot on there that is good!
apples, strawberries and cantaloupe are wonderful, healthy fruit, peas, broccoli, tomatoes and beans are high in fiber and great for you, and you can get enough protein from lean chicken and turkey and an egg or a little tuna now and then.
as long as you don't splurge in the french toast, waffles and cookie department too much and turn to oatmeal and other healthy cereals instead you should be doing great!
