alright so today i was attempting to do situps on my swiss ball... where i can do 100-200 on the floor, i can barely get thru 30 with the ball *0w* i also used dumbbells for the first time as part of my routine. i decided to start low with 3s and after a few dozen sets i was starting to feel it... i just realized now that i did almost 500 reps in total! i decided to throw in a few lower body exercises while i was at it, as i was in the middle of watching Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets that saw me through 45 min biking , arms, and abs... i think i might have done too much for my first day as i'm a bit sore but we'll see how i am on the morrow.
dawlz and i have been trying to think up rewards for me when i reach my goals and for sticking to exercise et al but we're not having much luck. i've left quite a few blank but i figure i'll figure things out in time... and i've tossed in a few things that i'm doing or going to need to buy anyways for the sake of it hoping it will push me harder to keep it up. if you have any suggestions feel free to tell me!
