2 Full Months of Being Healthier

Today is March 2nd and I've completed 2 full months of being healthier. I've noticed some changes - I've lost about 10 pounds from when I started on Spark - lost some inches too! I have to admit that I thought things would happen quicker. Mostly because I've lost significant weight in the past with seemingly less exercise and absolutely no attention paid to how and what I'm eating. I'm trying to remember though that I'm doing strength training and probably gaining some significant muscle mass. (or well, that's what I tell myself!) I keep dreaming of seeing my family and friends and being able to shock them with a drastic change. I'm excited to see where I am after 6 months!

    I think we often lose more slowly with strength training for a little while and then the benefits kick in. Muscle does take more to maintain.
