so this was my first full week on sparkie, i did my first weigh in after four days but i had been working out and watching what i ate prior to joining. now i am at 112 which is technically 1lb higher than last week but i almost think that previous one was a fluke because otherwise i lost 4 lbs in 4 days and that seems a bit nuts.... i guess it shall remain one of life's mysteries as i dont really care seeing as i did loose another half inch on my stomach! *w00t* if i keep things up i'll be at my goal in three months time! a couple weeks past the day i set for loosing pounds... tho thats actually the date my bff picked since she wanted to reach her goal by then and i didn't care.
if you read back you would have noticed i had an issue with over-eating earlier on but i somehow managed to balance things out and fall in my weekly goal for cals. my exercise was a bit higher than planned but i have no issue with that either; now i know how to keep things on an even keel... lets just hope i can implement those theories when need be! another big thanks to y'all who have been leaving replies or msgs or emails, you've helped me loads in all matters :0)
i am oddly excited to try out my swiss ball tomorrow even tho its not the right day for abs. ah well, there is no way i'm waiting any longer! *L0L* and i really want to get a jump rope. i'd go skipping right now if it wasn't 1:30am... so instead i shall mess with a virtual me! new pix *teeheehee*
