ok so mum made me a new "routine" to follow as i went a wee wild when i jumped in... for now it basically goes as follows:

day 1 - rest day!
day 2 - 30 min bike. bicep curls, tricep extensions, shoulder rows, chest (modified) push-ups, 5 min yoga
day 3 - 60 min elliptical.
day 4 - 30 min bike. swiss ball ab workout
day 5 - 60 min elliptical.
day 6 - 30 min bike. thigh lunges, hip bridge ups, back angel lifts, and 5 min yoga
day 7 - 60 min elliptical.

    do you already do any of these things. like Yoga? If you do know all this stuff it is a good workout. A GREAT workout.
