thanks to CHP4GOLF i now know the following information but i'm stil not sure what to do with it....
resting heart rate: 39 beats/30sec
target heart rate: 148-178
cal burn at rest: 1302
if i exercise 6-7 days a week....
total cal need: 2246
carbs need: 1348
protein need: 898
fats need: 674
"if you are trying to lose weight (body fat), reduce your calories by at least 500-1000 below your maintenance level.... never drop below 1200 calories per day for women or 1800 per day for men."
.... alright so if i'm not sposed to drop under 1200 cals a day and i exercise off about 400-600 cals each time... sparkie estimates me at 1200-1550 cals per day so i should actually eat around the 1500-1600 a day?http://www.sheerbalance.com
