today was just that. i'm tired, cranky, and just blah. i didn't really want to do anything today but i made myself take a walk... good thing too because i got the very last balance ball that was on sale at giant tiger for $5. sweet deal, eh?

after that supper that i had to make for everyone but no one showed up when it was ready and i ate by myself. i made hamburger helper cuz i love the stuff and can cook it and ate only 1cup where da ate 2 cups plus two pieces of bread, plus a biscuit, plus 2 banana's in milk with brown sugar... yes that is one meal for him. no wonder he's obese but he wont diet and he says his work is enough exercise... he drives a bus and cleans the bus garage depending on which crew he takes...

then went grocery shopping and to make up for the lack of appearance at dinner da bought me a McCains cake... i have to share it of course but it wouldn't have been purchased otherwise. da bought himself egg nog ice cream so its only fair....

i came home and forced myself on the elliptical even though i didn't want to massively. my right ankle kinda hurts for some reason tho... i checked the scale again, just to see if it went down more or stayed the same, and sure enough i'm back at 112lbs... i dont know what the deal was that day i was starving that it just jacked up like that so suddenly... how do you tell if you're gaining muscle btw?

and then i ate cake!

Is that some kind of lowfat, high fiber cake? Never heard of it! Glad you posted even if you are feeling cranky because we want to hear from you!
