Not a good month

February didn't turn out so well for my weight loss goals. I've only lost 1.5 lbs for the whole month. I haven't been very vigilant with my cardio since the snow and ice started and prevents me from walking outside. I don't think my diet has been bad but I may not have eaten enough, I'll be tracking in March just to be sure.
So for March: Go to the gym and walk on the treadmill 60 mins/5days until I can get back outside. Track my nutrition at least 5 days a week. Calorie goal = 1400-1800. Strength train 3 days/wk.

    Get in those 6 small meals a day Lynn.. keep that metabolism revved and you said it yourself.. go to the gym. January for me was the most frustrating month ever.. but now that I look back over my food log I can see it was what I wasn't doing that got me.. not enough food! Oh thats such a hard one! March will be better for you because you already have your plan laid out up above.. Big hugs to you, debbie

    Ditto to ACCT1908. I, too, was impressed that your blog focused more on the goals and future than dwelling on the past 'disappointments'. Great Job Lynn!!!! And winter will be over soon, hopefully. It's got to be a real challenge to your dedication in that environment. AND 1.5 lost is still LOST, right?!!!!!!!     Lynn, There are months and then there are months....which I'm sure you know! You will be meeting your goals in March I'm sure. This weather doesn't help and the long winter we've seemed to have hasn't helped everyone either! Keep up the good work...you know you can do it! I'm cheering for you!
