30 minute runner - Week One Complete!

Today I did my 30 minute runner program , tomorrow I will do water aerobics, bosu or walking then Friday I start Week Two!

I bought a pair of size MEDIUM sweats at Walmart. Clearance, purple, too tight but they are a MEDIUM! I can get them on but they are too snug to wear out in public (yet). They look like heinous stirrup pants from the '80's but I am thrilled that something that says medium fits me. Wee Hoo!!!
