In the last 24 hrs I've dropped 24.2 lbs -go figure. It sure feels better than the other way though.

    Karen, I'm glad that things are looking good for you. I had the same thing happen to me. Last night I weighed 248 and this morning I weighed 231. I guess we retain alot of fjuid. I'm very proud of you.

    karen, it's really water retention and not a faulty scale? oh, how painful that much water retention must be...i bet your calves are sooooo tight...HOPEFULLY your new meds will keep you properly hydrated...wishing you the very best and all the support necessary...keep at it...WE all can do it(and DESERVE to)

    Oh My gosh Karen.. Thats crazy but I have seen it on the Biggest Loser and you were probably completely water logged from the meds too.. Whatever the reason I am am happy for you and praying that things even out for you. Love and hugs, debbie
