Week of discipline

I feel full. Vegetables and fiber fill up your stomach, and that's a good thing. My goal this week is to be disciplined. I had a good day. Got up 8:00 and did some exercises on my yoga mat. Counted my calories all day -- that's a great way to keep your eating in check. Did the dishes after supper, put the rest of the clothes away that were covering my living room floor. The sun was out this morning, but I heard something about the city was preparing for a big snow storm. I don't care. In my heart, I still know Spring is on the way.
