Start from scratch

Well it's been difficult lately for medical reasons so this is a new start from scratch. My tickers up and I've made a short term goal to get to 300. I've learntand changed heaps, but the weight has to start moving in the right direction, despite all the medical probs. I don't care if it's .5 lb a week, it's got to go.
