I made it through my first day with SP. I did get a little hungry at times, but I made it without eating too much food. This is a terrific site. I don't know how I didn't find it sooner. I will share this site with friends.
I was 25 pounds lighter just 4 years ago. I didn't even accept that I was gaining weight. I would just ignore it. After all, it was only 1-2 pounds at a time. So I didn't think it was significant. I will work hard to make lifestyle changes in the way I eat.

    Congratulations on completing your first day... I have been amazed to discover that when I eat a healthier diet and drink those 8 glasses of water, I'm really NOT that hungry. And I've made it through the first 50 days! It's hardest at the beginning, and then you'll start to FEEL better and look better and that will help keep you going -- even in the periods when you don't lose at much.
