I have decided to make this a journey to fitness as well as getting small in size.
during the first few months whilst my weight is still quite high. I am going to concentrate on walking and eventually get to running and other cardiovascular exercises I love.
I gave my bicycle away. it hurt my bum too much to ride it and I just gave it to a guy who really needed it.
So instead of being all focused on my food, now I am going to focus on my fitness progress too. I know how I used to enjoy doing that. I will go back to being that way again .
hopefully soon I will start running again woohoo. I used to love the way it made me feel. why on earth did I slack off?
