So my scales say i've put on a pound fom last week BUT when i went to my weigh in, it says I've lost half a pound. I'm not sure how this is possible as they both usually tally, but I also don't think I should spend too long questioning it! Don't look a gift horse in the mouth and all that...

So...

Half a pound -woohoo - brings me out of the 230s and into the 229s! yay! My plan this week is to take lunch into work everyday or go home for lunch and push myself at the gym more. I'm planning to go before work as much as possible and at night if I can't make it in the morning. I am also planning on walking up the 4 flights of stairs to get there rather then taking the lift.

I also bought some hand weights and one of those excercise balls -so watch this space.

    You want to know something funny girl. I also broke out of the 230's. Go us!!! It is so funny that we are like so close in weight and are loosing about the same amount. Anyway congrats on the weight loss.
