I managed to walk 2 miles yesterday and went back with my trainer today. I had not been able to work out with him for a month. It's nice to start building up my strength again. I'll try to be consistent and not overdo it. It's a never ending fight but the results are worth it.

    What an adorable picture! I'm so glad you're back to exercising. That's definitely the way to get great results on the old scale! You're doing the right thing being consistent and not overdoing it. You won't burn out that way. Good luck!

    I'm glad you're back to working out and so impressed that you have a trainer! I find that building strength is difficult, but maintaining cardio fitness is even harder, so take it slowly and good luck!
