I'm back from the gym!!! WOOHOO!!!!
It felt great to be able to go and do that in the middle of my day.
Here's how it went -
ArcTrainer - 30min - 608 calories
Crunches - 2 sets of 15
Crunches w/ a Twist - 2 sets of 15
Reverse Crunches - 2 sets of 15
Modified Pushups - 5 (I wanted to do more but my arms were like YEAH RIGHT)
Wall Pushups - 2 sets of 15
Seated Tricep Dips - 2 sets of 15
I found the Seated Tricep Dips on a website, and it actually seemed to work my arms pretty good so I'm going to keep using it until they get strong enough to do REAL tricep dips!!! It basically involves sitting with your feet flat on the floor and putting your hands palms down behind you kinda with your fingers facing the same directiion as your toes. You have to focus on keeping your elbows facing behind you as much as possible to really get the work on the triceps. then just lean back and put your weight on your arms and push back up. It's a lot less weight than doing one from a bench or something like regular tricep dips, but my arms are SO FREAKING WEAK. YEAH. I need this ST.
Well -- tomorrow will be lower body unless I get adventurous and do it tonight. I'm just glad that I have energy!! I can go HOME at 10PM!!! I come in early tomorrow, but then it's regular days on Thursday and Friday and I don't have to work Saturday! WOOHOO!!
