Please Patient with me this week. I am working out and losing weight and sweating. . . But as most of you know heck you may not know that I Support our Soldiers, and I am the Journalist for a Non Profit Group that supports soldiers, and I have to get a Newsletter out for this Month so be patient. My Goal for the week is be 220. So No Pops and no Red Meat. And Working out twice a day. walking in the mornings and a DVD at night. . .
