In a slump...and dont know what to do!!

I was very excited to make my goal of 226 by my birthday, but since then I am fluxuating from 224.6 up to 228 back and forth. I am trying to watch my sodium and exercise as much as I can and at a good intensity...when I am done working out, I am just dripping with sweat!! I stay in my calorie range 6/7 of the days during the week and try to only have "bad" stuff in moderation and very rarely...but today I weighed in at 228!!!! I know I probably had a little more sodium yesterday cause the Hubby made chili soup, but what else can I do? I am constantly drinking water to help flush things out. When I watch things it sometimes doesnt help, when I dont watch them- they obviously dont help- I have been switching up my exercise schedules with DVD's, Eliptical, Treadmill (jog & walk at intervals), Strength Training, Etc...is there something I am missing? Stress levels have been low lately so cant count that and I dont have my period now....so I am out of options. I hope something starts working soon because this is very frustrating!!! I am blessed to have lost the 34 pounds I did, but sometimes getting to that next pound loss is sooo incredibly hard.
I hope to get the scale moving down soon and dont pull out hair to get there!!!
