Well I've eaten a few things I shouldn't but I kept them mostly in moderation. (1 occasion we won't elaborate on that's classified as a binge. Mostly eating well though andi'm planning meals better.
I'm proud of the extra exercise I've done this week, especially the walking. My gait is improving heaps, I'm using my knees more, lifting my feet more and not walking from the hips. I've slackened off on food recording; this week that will be my target. Still doing well with water,fruit and vegies -things I neve thought I'd conquor and I'm not even tempted with pepsi max after having a 2 litre a day habit.
