I am truly excited! It has been almost 2 weeks since my last blog now and I have lost a total of 7 lbs. I was really getting tired of getting stuck at 175 over and over for the past two year. Gost it was so depressing.

So I went online and researched just how you lose a pound a week and also about metabolism. I then created an excel spreadsheet to automatically calculate the exact calories I needed per week in order to lose a pound - which was 1,373. I really didn't like that Spark said to eat between 1,200 and 1,500 calories a day because that is almost the 500 calorie spread to lose that single pound. So I have been pretty diligent stayin within 50 calories either way of that magic number - AND IT IS WORKING. The pounds are coming off and I am feeling so much better about myself. Hope the next month is just as exciting.
