I get confused with how to use this site still, sometimes I don't know why I write here, but I now think that it is a way to say hi to people who drop by for a look but mainly for myself to write whatever I need to say, maybe.
Went on the Treadmill for 45 minutes today, I certainly am keeping that going which is really good. Writing everything down so I can keep a good watch on what I am eating. But at least if I do go over calories at the moment it is only the good foods and not cream, biscuits, cakes, chips etc. Have to weigh myself tomorrow morning, see if there is a change, wouldn't be surprised if there wasn't, but I know there will be!!!. I hope nobody gives up if they do fall off the wagon, because you just get right on back up there and continue, because we can all do it with each others help.

    Good morning! Sorry I have not responded before now. My husband was in an accident at home recently and has required round-the-clock care. I don't think I have sat down and relaxed since then. I am going to try to get into my home gym and work off some of this stress. I know I will need the extra strength as I have to help him in and out of the bed and in and out of the shower. Keep us in your thoughts and prayers over the coming months as he recovers.

    Keep writing in your blog, sharing your victories and your challenges. This will help you and your fellow team members.
