Losing weight in the dark

I had a work friend once who said if you didn't like something the calories didn't count! One of the gals from the People article, took pictures of herself in a two piece bathing suit, (from the beginning), as she lost 100 pounds. Can you imagine being so brave? I am down 5 with Sparks, I am 13 pounds thinner! I feel lighter! It is weird, fun, and familiar, seeing your body reappear. Whether your in the tub, or feeling the room in your clothes, it is a glorious feeling ! I am back walking, my ring feels loose, it is a good day. Tomorrow is Valentines Day. If you want flowers and you are not 100% sure you are getting them, go buy them! In fact buy them tonight so you can enjoy them tomorrow. That's a shout out to single and non singles. You can get a nice bit of flowers for 10 dollars at the grocery store. Chocolate has calories, if you have a piece just add it on your tracker, and only have one. But really how many of us are going to have to suffer tomorrow with someone offering us one? I don't know I could be wrong. I remember not eating a thing during an entire sweet 16 party, and then two days latter binging on toast with butter and jam. I think the thing is we are learning. We are not on the grapefruit diet. We are losing weight being real, out in the world. Keeping track of eating, exercise, and continuing to lead normal lives. We know this time around when we do arrive at goal, we will be eating the same foods, and doing the same workouts . Going for a walk. BBL
