How Am doing it

: No alcoholic beverages (until May)
: Detox every 3-4 days
: upped my fruit & veggies
: make sure I have breakfast even if I don't have dinner
: walk as much as possible
: drink water all day

I also tried the kinoki foot detox patches!


I will only be eating chicken and fish and trying to work out 3x a week! Wish me luck!

    Have you seen the infomercial. they are supposed to change colors and turn black and then get lighter. You can actually feel the ingredients seeping into ur pores. i thought i was gonna die, lol. but i did feel better, i did it the first time for 3 days. This week I'm going to do it for 3 more days...
    Avon sells them or you can get them from a health store.
