I couldn't believe it! I had been good all day and I save calories during the day to have some sort of ice cream at night. My husband does the shopping and is conscious of calories, fat content, etc. for me. I asked for an ice cream sandwich (usually about 100 cal.) and after I finished the newly shaped treat I realized it was a Klondike Bar at 180 cal.! Today I've had oatmeal for breakfast and haven't eaten lunch yet but it will be something low cal and healthy.
