A New Me !

I have finally got myself on track and ready to reshape my life. Reading The Eat-Clean Diet book I have found it's not a diet at all ~ it's a new way of living and eating and I am loving every minute of it. If someone would of told me this would change my life for the better I don't know if I would really of believed them. WELL it has and I am so happy. I am feeling healthier and more full of energy each day.

I started a new workout schedule and to be honest I am getting up at 5:30 a.m. to workout. I truly believe if I had not started this new way of life I would still be in bed sleeping away. I have incorporated using a Bowflex dumbbells and spin bike. Along with ab roller and stability ball for my ab workouts.

I work out on a 3 day split that way I can workout 6 days a week.
There is so much that I can accomplish on the bow flex that on the days I want to change it up with the dumbbells is a great change. I use the spin bike for cardio for 40 minutes 4 to 5 days a week and do at least 15 ~ 20 mins. of some kind of ab workout each day that I workout.

I am so excited that I able to turn my life around and I know with God's help keeping me healthy and strong I can build a better and stronger body to glorify his name.
