The week has began. . .

Sunday was a Good day, I enjoyed it. . .I went to church and as most of you know I work with the children there and that is exercise in itself. So Than this morning I was up I did strength training situps and than went for a walk 95 minutes. . . I than came home shwoered and cleaned up my room, than my mom and I went to Wal Mart just to get out of the house. Than later we have a workout Dvd to do. . .. I have lost ten pounds in four weeks. .. . .I am so proud of myself. . . I could not do this alone but I have done this and I feel great. . .My pants are getting lose on me and Wow. . . I just know that Change is comes through Challenge and this is a Good Challenge and for once five weeks in and I am still motivated to lose weight. . .A week of no pops Wow I can do do it. . .And going into a week with no red meat. . . WOW! That was easier than I thought. . . So yea Dont sweat the small stuff it is all small stuff. . .. I am not giving up cause I want so badly at my birthday this year to look Great! And if Daniel and I do decide to hang out again I want to look smoking hot for him that is why I am trying to firm up and look sexy for. . .I know Daniel is just an online friend and we meet up here and there but he is yummy! Yummy is my word for cute . . .. And he is my motivation for wanting t o get firm and sexy!
