AND that would be me. I was weak, friends. Yesterday I ate PIZZA. And cinnamon breadsticks. And today my weight is up to 190. WAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!
1. I worked out diligently last week and did lots of Pushups and Crunches.
2. I did not go over on any other day.
3. I was eating fruits and veggies when I could.
so PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE let this just be a sodium bloat!!!!! Or some wonderful combination of sodium bloat + muscle gain. If I stay around 187 but improve my body fat % from last week, I will be fine. Hopefully I might still post a loss, but sodium bloat for me... at this point I'd be happy if it went back down around 187.
