How to Balance it All?

I'm having difficulty balancing my everyday responsibilities with exercise. Here lately, I've been too busy to exercise in the evenings and too tired to get up and exercise in the mornings. I know that we do make time for what is important to us. I guess I've allowed exercise to take a back burner. Between working, trying to maintain the household and taking the kids to their various activities, I'm no longer a priority. I'm in the process of trying to reorganize my life in an effort to place myself near the top of my list. If I don't take care of myself, I won't be of much benefit to others. Any advice as to how other busy moms efficiently manage their time would be greatly appreciated.
