Thats all it is and its unbelievably delicious, just dont eat it all!!!(2 comments)See this image largerSee this image largerLunch Today...I made a few healthy stuffed peppers .I used chicken breast instead of my usual hamburger and instead of white rice I used a mixture of organic whole grains . For the normal high fat cheddar cheese I used feta with a small sprinkle of low fat cheddar. I had tested positive for a precancerous condition thats the same cancer my mother struggled with. After 9 months of hormone treatment I just found out this morning it's gone. No longer a threat...Im so grateful for my life today. I believe my diet of clean eating has also played a role in this.
