My motivation. Through my crazy break down moments due to weight loss and gain, he has driven me to be myself. Even when i was 50+ lbs heavier he still told me i was beautiful. He tells me everyday 'i fell in love with all of you, weight and all. I would love you regardless of your size.' I am truly lucky to have such great support.
My view every morning(:
I can't believe last year i was barely fitting in a 9/10 today i finally bought a few pairs of jeans that fit me very well!
My breakfast this morning: 21 grain toast, avocado, egg whites and blueberries.
My breakfast. Greek plain yogurt, 1/2 a cup of grapefruit sections, 1 Tablespoon of whole raw almonds.
The time is blurry but i started out at 13 minutes per mile a week ago and now i am down to 11:45 minutes per mile and a average speed of 5.2 for 31 minutes. Slowly working at it. Don't want to push myself too hard.
On the 21st started out at 13:02 average minutes per mile. Last few days been maintaining 11:06.
Dropped my treadmill time again. Started at 13:02. My elliptical i started 2 notches lower on resistance and stride length. Now maintaining the same amount of strides two knotches higher in 15 minutes! Never thought i could do all of this.
Finally reached my goal weight range! No more gaining. Now subtracting calories to see what I need to intake to maintain my weight. I am so relieved, it has been a very stressful and long road. It will never be completely over. But all I can do is take it one day at a time. #BeforeAndAfter

Everytime I am almost at my goal I lose a lb. Been working since December to get from 98lbs to 115lbs. I've been stuck around 113-114 for the last few months on a 2450 calorie diet. But trying not to get discouraged. I know this needs to be done and I have come so far to separate myself from my Anorexia. Also, almost 9 months sober! #BeforeAndAfter
#recipes tuna noodle casserole. First time making it. It looks delicious.
Haven't posted in a while. Been trying to stay away from obsessive tracking. Maintaining a healthy weight and have finally gotten my monthly cycle back. After being diagnosed with Osteopenia and Endometrial Atrophy I realized just how much my eating disorder impacted me. Just taking it one day at a time.😄
