growing out the hair day 7 of my streak for "Log in and spin the SparkPoints wheel" earned 7/5/2016 45 minutes of weight training while listening to FIT radio -- feeling energized!! day 5 of my streak for "Consume at least 8 cups of water per day." earned 5/31/2017 Working out with the grandbabies in tow. . . Babysitting is not an excuse to avoid working out LOL. Brought them upstairs with me. . . Great weather. Great kiddos. What better way to spend the day? At the ZOO!!! I feel great, not because the numbers on the scale are moving much but my body fat percentage is improving. Muscle weighs more than fat, so it isn't always about the numbers on the scale :-) So working nights means I eat on an odd schedule but dang. . . It was almost too pretty to eat. Bodyweight workout -- so glad for clamshells and a chance to lay down!! Late lunch -- salmon filet w/ lemon pepper, grits w/ cheddar cheese and a mix of spinach, mushrooms and tomatoes w/ a side of coffee Six weeks post-op from my total knee replacement and released to return to my workouts (minus running for at least 6 more weeks). 10 weeks post-op total knee replacement -- starting to feel better and able to exercise more :-) It's been 10.5 weeks since an unexpected (and unwanted) knee replacement. I am finally starting to be more active and can S-L-O-W-L-Y start running again after another week
