Cooked my skillet chicken and California veggie mix for dinner. With 1 Tbsp BBQ sauce, the whole meal is only 290 calories.
Day 2: My upper legs are pretty sore from yesterday's workout, which is killing my Exercise Motivation. So, been walking around my house as much as I can. It's better than nothing. Lol
Made my Chicken & Broccoli Bake. Only 590 calories for nearly nearly 3 cups of it. Sooooo yummy! It's topped with stuffing.
Been tracking the steps I take. Did pretty well yesterday, while I was out and about. Let's see if I can do it again while in the house...
