It's spring break so I can have lunch at home! It's basically leftovers from the weekend.Meal prep for 2 meals at work tomorrow. I also have a bag of Skinny Pop for snack and keep a jar of PB at work for my apples. (Apple slices, orange, blackberries and raspberries, strawberries, 2 hard boiled eggs, and a slice of cheddar cheese).12 days ago this said 215.5. My goal of under 200 by the first day of the new school year (late August 2019) could happen!I thought my scale was broken! 8 pounds till I reach my first goal (under 200 by the first day of school next year...August 26). This was 211.9 two weeks ago!Prepped school lunch items for 5. We have 2.5 weeks left and I ask myself, where have all the lids gone? Adding storage containers to next week's shopping list.No weight loss this week, but I expected it with dining out 3 times (pizza, chinese, and subs) and getting ice cream with my nephews. Amazed to only have a half pound gain after all that, but June is tough when you teach and have 3 busy teenagers and loads of birthdays. Had a beautiful 3 hours at the beach with my first graders today to start working that small gain off! Happy Weekend!5 pounds 'till I make it to my first goal (under 200 by the first day of the 2019-202 school year). 28 pounds 'till I get to a weight that will make me happy!
