Lost 3 pounds this week. Right knee is getting stronger with the more weight I lose and squats I do. Remodeling a house will help you lose tons of weight.

Look A Thinning Face
Was a bad week weight loss wise this week. Still having a problem getting all my calories in. But Ive lost 152 lbs so far.
Boredom eating almost got me today. I won though. So I treated myself with Princess Yogurt
A rest day today. Spending the day watching movies and planning my next move.

The effort and time is so worth it. When you change your body and healthy, well everything else makes a positive change. Here's to me posting a picture with 200 lbs lost!
New Goal! To get fit enough to walk a half marathon. A 13 mile stretch/26,000 steps
Working on the house today. Looking forward to the end result of the house and the calories burned by doing the work. So much to do.
I've been holding fast with the same weight for quite a while. Thought I had everything under control. It seems that I'm not get my calories in and only eating 500-600. Time to start tracking again.

Been applying for Security jobs in my city. Hoping to add more muscle and drop weight so I can pass the required physical ability tests.
This was my workout today digging up bricks and moving them to the front yard for 45 minutes just trying to make the house look a little more pretty and burn some calories while doing it

Some things that I have to remind myself of every day. I've found that a lot of my success is due to the mental conversations I have with myself.

Getting ready for an interview tomorrow. Feeling hopeful since I worked for the company before. But staying humble. Still have butterflies in my stomach.
Dinner tonight. I'm trying to keep my carbs under 75 net grams during the day of eating. I figured carb vegetables like sweet potato tots would be my best choice. Trying to stay away from the rice and pasta unless it's brown rice or whole wheat.
