(Plus prep-free bananas and tangelos.) And for veggies I've got sugar snap peas, snow peas, AND red, orange, yellow, and green bell peppers cut into strips. The veggies get eaten by themselves, or with either roasted red pepper hummus or Wholly Guacamole single serving cups.
