This brilliant piece of advice from a SP article has really struck home a chord with me. Credit: Pat Barrone.
Oat & yoghurt loaf (made from a recipe by Ken McGuire) - that's caramelised onion mixed in - YUM! I also made today from scratch: oat milk, tahini from toasted sesame seeds and loads of hummus (most of it is in the freezer for later consumption). #lockdownkitchen!
10lbs off!! I have switched to plant based eating after watching What the Health on Netflix (there are some truly unforgettable images). Combined with intermittent fasting this is turning around some of my #lockdown weight gain. It's a big adjustment but totally worth it.
