Using up leftovers again for lunch. Staying in range so far today. It's raining cats and dogs here in North Florida, so it'll definitely be a Walk it Out video later.Cleaning out the fridge sure makes for a tasty and healthy lunch. Still using leftover chicken three days later, but not tired of it yet because every meal is so different. Variety keeps me from straying.Finally got a Before picture for this repeat journey. It's so discouraging to see every pound back, but I'm going to channel that disappointment and frustration into a positive, sparking direction. I did it before. I can do it again. This time I need to include work on my why and how I keep getting here.Did my 1st Walk-Jog, and I didn't die. 😂Kept dinner simple, but yummy. My teenager even thanked me for dinner, so I know it tasted good to more than just me. 😂Experimented tonight and am quite happy with the results. So flavorful, yet lean. Homemade meatballs (lean ground beef/cilantro/onions/reduced fat cheese), homemade pico, and Zatarains Cilantro Lime Rice.Lunch time! It's such nice weather out right now that I'm eating on the porch. I hear thunder in the distance, so I'm guessing I'll be hanging out with Leslie Sansone later.
