Noticing a little bit of a change in the last 3 months after going to the gym consistently! Feeling stronger and really starting to enjoy it.

One of my favorite quick meals. Vanilla Two Good yogurt topped with Diabetic Kitchen cinnamon pecan granola and blueberries, strawberries, Pom seeds and some sugar free cool whip! So pretty, tasty and easy!
