I can't trust my own scale because it's unreliable. But I was at the Dr with my husband. He had surgery last week and got a checkup today. I took the opportunity to weigh myself. I was getting discouraged because of my home scale giving me odd numbers. Not so much now. 7 lbs down. Yay me!
Didn't feel like it. But walking.
After the funeral our boss took us out to eat at a BBQ steakhouse restaurant. So I need to take it easy on dinner. Now back home and finishing my work day. I miss my coworker and friend. She was certainly a special lady.
A friend of mine found this baby today. She can't keep her. I've been wanting a dog to go on walks with me and because my cats are in no way love bugs. So I'm going to take her. IF the owners come forward that's fine. Otherwise she has a home here. What would you name her? We're thinking she's an older shepherd mix.
We decided to name her Pepper. We're still holding her for the 10 days required. But I doubt anyone will claim her. There's no chip and so far no one has contacted us. I think she was likely dumped.

Well I'm done and home. My feet, knees, and back are killing me. But I'm glad I did it. I got a lot of exercise and spent time with some really great people.

A little difference 14 lbs makes? Maybe I'm my own worst critic but I don't see a whole lot of difference.
Working on-site today. Climbed 3 flights of stairs to go to the restroom instead of goto the nearest. Coworkers are bringing junk food in today so trying to stay strong and keep with my calories range.
Back at it bright and early. #noexcuse
She decided my desk was a good place to nap. Who cares if mommy needs the space to work. Lol I don't have the heart to move her.
Doubled my weekly goal!
This seems like way too much calories burned. I don't think its right. I have entries from google fit where I was doing more time and had less calories burned. Any idea why? Was Google fit inaccurate or is my fitbit off?
I've been relatively good all week. I'm motivated by buying my fitbit. I can see lots of data and make some new goals. Today my family went to a flea market and then out to dinner. Lots of temptation and I did indulge a little. But with the amount of walking I did, I had more calories I could ingest. So ultimately I didn't go over.
I look so happy here. Lol. Despite what I look like on the treadmill this morning, I woke up ready to start my day and go to the gym. I need more days like today.

No wonder I'm dragging this morning. Woke up tired and sore. Toss and turning all night. Back and knees telling me I'm getting old!
Who here is an Outlander fan? If any Sam would ask me to hike with him. I think I could follow him to the roughest parts of the highlands as long as I had a nice view. :D
So here I am at 15 years old with my grandpa. I'm showing you this because this is the thinnest I ever remember being. I began gaining weight at puberty and the scale has just gone up and up from there. I don't know what I look like as an adult at a healthy weight. And that thought has motivated and pushed me to keep going. I want to know what I look like thin!
Hubby said I'm losing weight in my face. #BeforeAndAfter
I'm feeling very unmotivated today. Despite that, I got out and walked for an hour. I really need to focus on school work, but I can't wrap my mind around it right now. It's not helping that I have a mild headache.
Happy Halloween / Samhain to all. Please be safe and don't eat all the candy. :) (Thats more of an affirmation to myself. Because I know it will be VERY hard to resist)
