I impressed myself today. Rocked it with getting my steps in today and all the snow ❄️ we got helped me get my activity minutes higher then norm with all the shovelling I did. 👍 thanks SparkPeople and Fitbit for extra motivation. 💕
Went dress shopping for my son's wedding in September. Talk about motivation to get into high gear with wt loss -especially since I wore old bra/underwear. Ugh can't even post worst pic. 😳
Today I was way behind on my daily steps but I jumped on the elliptical and just over an hour later I got my goal. So proud. Took a lot of determination but as many of you have said in the past -Start out at least 10 minutes and it's easier to keep going.
Finally broke my plateau
I felt beautiful the night of my son’s wedding until I saw pictures of me. Oh boy I need to make me a priority from now on!
Got to make me a priority before it’s too late! My Hashimoto’s and Adrenal Fatigue are way out of control and I always put others before me. Not sure I can do that much longer! Time to change!
I was feeling rough and disappointed in myself for not meeting my weight loss goal on Sunday (my goal date) but I pressed on and today 3 days later goal met. I’m glad I overcame my feelings of failure and pressed on. New goal set immediately and onwards I go!
Goal is to work on sleep quality & quantity. Especially on work days. I wake up so often and more often then not feel exhausted all day until bedtime.
Back to routine has helped me finally get back to loosing weight. After 2 weeks of hoovering at 290/291 I broke into 289s. Yahoo. Now to measure for non scale progress. TY Sparkpeople for support!
I decided to take ME time today. I went for a nature walk, took some pics along my way to remind me to enjoy the scenery. So far 13 000 steps in.
Loving time spent walking nature trails. Did 1.5 hours today. Wish I had discovered/remembered them sooner. Winter will be here soon. Ugh.
Need to get my sleep on track. My Fitbit didn’t even recognize the first hour I was “asleep” last night. I guess I was too restless. Very fatigued today and struggling to stay awake let alone workout

I have an appointment this week (Thursday) to plan surgery to remove my thyroid due to cancer. I’ve finally found what works for me & am loosing weight. Afraid this might derail things. Fingers crossed

50 lbs lost!! My first big goal. Didn’t get serious until mid June 2019 but I did it. Loving my new healthy lifestyle. #BeforeAndAfter
Social distancing = new traditions. Hubby and I had fun driving by and “egging” our adult kids’ houses this weekend.
Trying to keep positive with cardiac & thyroid issues inhibiting my workouts. Doing what I can now without elevating heart rate too much.
