Over 40lbs down in 5 months. :)
I bought this coat at the end of winter when they were on clearance with the hopes that it would fit by next winter. Looks like I'm ahead of schedule.
Walked my butt off today. I love having a job that makes me more active.
Breakfast burrito meal prep for the next three weeks done! Approximately 225 calories per burrito: tortilla= 130 calories, egg beaters= 33 calories, lean ham= 30 calories, potato= 25 calories, onions and peppers= 10 calories (at most). Throw on the foreman grill in the morning and serve with salsa. Yummy!
Super easy low calorie (156 calories) pumpkin carrot cake muffins. Just mix one 15oz can pumpkin with a box of carrot cake mix. That's it. Perfect for breakfast or a snack.
