I am at it again with my #Fitbit tracker. Went for a long walk today. Loved it.

So, I am starting all over again. Was so upset yesterday when I stepped on the scale. I know this number doesn’t define me but it sure has broken my spirit for the past 20 something years. I know its time to really have a healthy image of myself. Regrouping and starting again. Hear we go.
Should have keep my watch on. Missed out on tracking some steps. Lesson learned.
Up and at em ! Ready to get ahead of the pace of life today as I have a full day of activity planned. Nothing really interesting just house chores but still activities none the less. :)

Today I took courage in going to an amusement park with my daughters and mother. Guess what? I had a triumph. I didn’t eat any of the junk food. Instead I came home and ate the healthy food I prepared before I left for the family. Yay!!!

I am EXCEPTIONAL at making Mistakes which in turn means. I am EXTRAORDINARY at learning. In my humble opinion, mistakes and learning are best mates.
In terms of eating. I often would indulge to satisfy the emotional but from thus perspective. I realize it was my needing my own expectance and love. I don’t need to emotionally eat any longer as I am more than enough. 😊😁
This is my mind frame for my body. I am investing and building it towards my future and my children’s and family ect.

Ok so this sounds extreme bit I lost 10 lbs since Monday. The difference? I stopped eating the huge ammounts food I was consuming. No more.snack, snack, snack after meals, in between meals, before meals. I realized that the weight my.body has held is not who I am. It was a byproduct of poor choices and habits that I allowed to manipulate my perspective. I am so thankful to finaly be on the path to truly understanding a healthy and fit lifestyle.
Making progress. =) and still moving. Yay!
