Since the pandemic I have been eating more since I’m working from home. No exercise at all. I need to start a new journey and set small goals to get healthy again. So todayI pledge to focus on clean eating and incorporating exercise at least 3x a week. If I do more that would be great! So need encouragement right now!

Happy Labor Day! It’s been almost 2 months since I last logged in. My weight has ballooned up to ridiculous number on the scale and I’m so very sad about it. I know that GOD will be the strength and mindset that I need to get this weight off me.
Starting weight! Got to get this right this time!
THIS IS BIG PROGRESS FOR ME! Today the Lord was my strength to complete a 2.24 mile walk without any pain to the calf muscle that I tore almost 1 year ago! #MAKINGPROGRESS # GODISALMIGHTY
Happy Sunday! ANOTHER GOAL MET! I’m grateful to the Lord for Being my strength yet again to reach my goals without any pain! Walking goal:2.5miles Actually walked: 2.89miles #goals
Ok so these are some photos of before and after. I have been eating clean for about 6 weeks and incorporating exercise at least 4 days per week. The scale says I’m down 8.6lbs since week #1. Can you see a difference?
Workout from this morning! I completed a mile in 20 minutes. Not bad!

1.49 miles this morning! Still feeling great!
Alright! I see me! 3 out of days of exercise! I’m getting the hang of this!
Slowly increasing my steps each week! Making progress! I am down a total 15.1lbs since September 9th, 2020.
8 weeks of hard work and 15.8lbs down!
