People don't give themselves enough credit for the small, daily "wins" like tracking all your food, choosing healthier options, or just going for a walk. Every tiny step makes a difference! High cholesterol runs in my family, and my numbers were getting up there, but after 1.5 years of much improved diet and regular exercise, and not a lick of meds, EVERY "bad" number on my panel has dropped, almost all to within normal range.
