Puerto Rico, 2014His face cracks me up!Flower within a FlowerI will clean out the fridge and freezers today. I will, I will. This is Lucy, she never helps out with the cleaning!Got a bunch of Jillian DVDs at Dollar Tree because someone here said they had them! So thankful for sharing because I love her videos :) got 8 new ones today!Posted a photoMaybe he should come to the spark side 😂😜I’ve been listening to this book from the library. It’s really interesting, thought I’d share 😁Got my spices organized! It makes me happy now every time I open the cabinet. Happy Friday y’all! How many calories does scrubbing baseball pants white again burn? 😂🤣Got my breakfast veggies cooked for the next 4-5 days 😁 I do onion and zucchini and lots of spices and herbs. Then the other days I just have to add a cup of veggies, one egg and 1/3 cup of egg whites. It’s the most filling breakfast I make and super fast to do just the eggs and add the veggies precooked. I store them in a glass container. Sometimes I add feta too when cooking. Do have any tips for cooking faster? 😁1ish TB Garlic olive oil to sauté shredded carrots, onions and zucchini. Then added 1/2 can garbanzo beans and some shredded zucchini (because it’s summer and I have a ton!). Added 2 TB soy sauce. Sprinkle some seasonings (in pic) and made sure beans were hot. Then added 1/2 head of shredded cabbage. Added 1 more TB soy sauce. Super yum! Could add any veggie or meat too.
Posted a photoMy food finds from a weekend trip 😁Posted a photoPosted a photoI know pickles are high in salt but I love them and these are my new favs. There are no dyes either, which is hard to find in pickles! Why do they think we need dye in anything, let alone pickles?? These also make the best tartar sauce ever. Chop some up, add a bit of the juice to some Mayo and I promise you’ll never want another tartar sauce again. And yes, I know mayo isn’t the healthiest but I love a little tartar sauce with my fish lol. 😁Trying to switch my breakfasts to either eggs/fruit or oatmeal/fruit and cut out the toast for awhile 😭 We shall see! 5 lb bag of organic rolled oats at Costco was $4! So crazy cheap!
I have to do overnight oats and then I heat in the microwave as I don’t like them cold. So the day before I add 1/2cup oats, 1tsp stevia, a bunch of cinnamon, 1 cup almond milk, ~1TB flax, sometimes chia too. In the morning I heat and add fruit after.Got my steps in today!
