Had to share... Started at 232 lbs on January 1, 2018. Today, I'm down to 220. I'm leaving 12 lbs behind, as I move into February. My terrible joint pain has diminished, and mobility increased. My diet is varied and interesting. Thanks for sharing information, motivation, and support, SP and Sparkers! Knowledge is power.

Happy Saturday morning, Sparkers. Another day to work our plans! We've got this!!!
Down 16.5 pounds, since January 1, while practicing the planned mindful eating of a meat-free, veggie/fruit/protein-rich diet. Feeling great, despite my exercise routine taking an unexpected detour earlier this month. Had an icy slip and fall that damaged an already compromised knee. But all is good. Healing is taking place, and a plan for more mobile days is being worked. #HappySaturday #PlanToSucceed
