Good morning everone,I am back on track again. I stop using the app when my life took a bad turn and I gain over 20 pounds. So depressed but,I go help and so far lost 10 pounds in 3months. My goal is by December get 20 more pounds off. I am off and running,YEAH!
With my injured shoulder can't do much but,I did come up with a great recipe for soybean sweet potato teriyaki wrap. Everyone loved them! So very healthy too. Dang them wraps were good😁!
